The NLC Commonwealth Forum and European Forum are delighted to announce that Lord Nigel Crisp has agreed to be the key-note speaker for this special evening celebrating International Nurses Day zoom talk.
Lord Crisp was the former Chief Executive of the English NHS and Permanent Secretary of the UK Department of Health and his presentation will be entitled Nursing Now and in the Future. Lord Crisp Co-chairs the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Global Health and Co-chairs Nursing Now (in collaboration with the World Health Organization and International Council of Nurses, aims to raise the status and profile of nursing across the globe, working to empower nurses to take their place at the heart of tackling 21st Century health challenges.
Lord Crisp will lead a discussion and a Question and Answer session.
